Everest is the world’s highest mountain peak. Famous across the world for the achievement it offers those who manage its summit; it is the ultimate item on any trekkers bucket list. So here at My Everest Trekking we offer a number of Everest Trekking Packages to give you the flexibility to make this dream possible.
Everest has two base camps: North Everest Base camp and South Everest Base Camp, and as such has many different possible routes to climb. Here at My Everest Trekking we offer a total of 6 different packages that range in difficulty level, length, price, and route – ensuring that no matter what your budget, fitness, or availability – we have the trip for you. Maybe you are interested in challenging trails and rocky terrain – or maybe it’s the scenery and culture that intrigues you. Whatever it is that you want from your Everest Trip – we are confident that we have the right package for you.
Probably the most traditional choice for trekkers seeking this type of adventure, and one of our most popular treks, is the Everest Base Camp Trek. Spanning two weeks, and suitable for anyone with an average physical fitness, this Everest Base Camp 14 day package sees trekkers pass glaciers, monastery’s, and rhododendron forests as they trail through traditional villages and infamous mountains on their way to Base Camp.
If two weeks if a bit longer than you hand in mind, then maybe the Everest Short Trek is the adventure for you. Also ideal for those with a smaller budget, this 8 day trek manages to pack all the fun into just one week. With the trail offering views of Mt.Everest (8848m), Ama Dablam (6856), Lhotse (8414m), Nuptse (7861m), and Thamserku (6608m), we can promise that you won’t feel like you have missed out.
For some, visiting Everest isn’t only about the physically challenge, and it’s the culture that you get to experience on the journey that is the real experience. If this sounds familiar, then why not check out the Everest Cultural Trek. Lasting 12 days, this trek requires no prior trekking experience and as such is one of the most achievable ways to experience the Khumbu region – hailed as one of 10 best regions to travel in the world. Catering to those who want to experience the Himalayan lifestyle, the trail takes the Namche Bazaar-Thame-Khumjung-Tengboche route, and encompasses visits to numerous monasteries and traditional villages along the way.
However, if mountains intrigue you more than monasteries, and you’re embarking on this journey to be truly awed by the nature this region has to offer, then the Gokyo Ri Trek and Gokyo Lakes is the fight choice. For those seeking a slightly more challenging trail, this 13 day moderately difficult trek is a great alternative to the EBC trek, offering the amazing scenery of the Everest region without the physical challenge of making it to basecamp. Along with the panoramic views that you will see from the Everest viewpoint, the Gokyo Valley will treat you to crystalline lakes, lush alpine forests, rocky terrains, and the infamous Ngozumpa glacier.
And then we have our two most challenging treks. These are for the experienced climbers who are truly seeking a challenge. The Everest Cho La Pass Trek is one of the most recognised treks for adventure seekers across the Everest region. Long famed for its wild route and extensive itinerary, the high pass trek is an extended version of the classic Everest Base Camp Trek, so is the perfect choice for anyone wishing to take the challenge that one step further. With an 18 day itinerary, this strenuous trek begins at the same point as the EBC trek and is packed with glaciers, waterfalls, and some of the world’s highest peaks.
Finally we have our longest Everest trek – the Everest Three Passes Trek. Lasting 20 days – this arduous trek is definitely the most challenging of our Everest treks and has often been described as the ‘ultimate adventure’. The extensive itinerary takes you through the four distinct valleys of the Khumbu region—Bhotekoshi, Gokyo, Khumbu, and Imja Tse— and crosses the Renjo La, Cho La, and Kongma La passes. Prospective trekkers should be prepared to tackle rocky steep terrain, cross glaciers, and steep inclines in this all-encompassing adventure that pushes travellers to the limits of the region and their ability
