Overview

Tibet Kailash Tour

Tibet Kailash Tour is a journey of soul purification as you travel through sacred sites, mountain passes, holy lakes, and the home of Lord Shiva, Kailash. Mount Kailash lies in the Himalayas in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China and has several sacred sites that are religiously significant. For many religions, Mount Kailash (6638 m) is the most important one. Seeing Mt. Kailash up close is a dream, and circumventing it is a once-in-a-lifetime event. So, get ready for the challenge and have the pilgrimage tour of your life.

After spending a day in Kathmandu, also the home to Pashupatinath, one of the most important Shiva temples in the world, we will reach the Chinese border to the north of Nepal the next day. Tibet Kailash Tour is made on a vehicle to Kailash Base Camp, after which we will spend three-day on trekking around Mount Kailash. Mount Kailash is also religiously significant to Hindus, Buddhists, and Jain and Bon followers. En route to Kailash, you pass through the barren hills, yak meadows, patchy green fields, dunes, waterfalls, and rivers that make up the breathtaking landscape of Tibet. You also visit the serene Mansarovar Lake and offer prayers by doing puja on the river bank. This Tibet Kailash tour will purify your soul as you lose yourself in the mystic land of the Roof of the World. It is best to do this dour from March to May and from September to November.

Tibet Kailash Tour requires travel permits, and My Everest Trip will arrange the tickets for your tour. My Everest Trip is an experienced multi-country tour company that takes care of all the planning for the pilgrimage tour without you worrying about anything. So, if you are intrigued by ancient history, spirituality, or simply traveling Kailash Pilgrimage tour is absolutely for you.

    FAQs for Trekking in Nepal

If you’re planning to go trekking in Nepal, here are some frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your adventure.

When is the best time to go trekking in Nepal?

The best time to go trekking in Nepal is between September to November and March to May, when the weather is clear, and the sky is blue. The monsoon season from June to August is the least ideal time due to heavy rainfall and the possibility of landslides.

    Is trekking in Nepal difficult?

The level of difficulty varies depending on which trek you choose, but trekking in Nepal can be physically demanding and mentally challenging. It’s essential to do proper training and select a route that matches your skill level. Trekking at higher altitudes may lead to altitude sickness, so it’s crucial to acclimatize properly and take precautions.

How safe is trekking in Nepal?

Trekking in Nepal is a safe adventure if you take proper precautions and follow safety guidelines. Some treks are safe to do without a guide, but it’s recommended to have experienced guides, especially for high-altitude treks above 4,000 meters. Health hazards like altitude and weather changes can make trekking dangerous, but following safety procedures can minimize the risks.

Can I trek in Nepal without a guide?

It’s possible to trek in Nepal without a guide, but it’s recommended to hire a guide or porter, especially if you are a first-time trekker. The guide can help you navigate the trails, communicate with locals, and assist you with any emergencies that may arise during your trek. They provide valuable insights into local culture, customs, and even help carry your belongings.
